Eddie Palmieri

The United States Library of Congress has selected Puerto Rican Eddie Palmieri’s song “Azúcar Pa’ Ti” (1965) for the 2009 National Recording Registry among 25 recordings the Library of Congress is preserving for their cultural significance. In order for a recording or song to be considered it must be at least 10 years old and be "culturally, historically or aesthetically significant."

Eddie has had an successful music career totaling 50 years! He's been awarded 9 Grammy Awards. He continues to dazzle his fans to this day with his Salsa and Latin Jazz beats.
